Board Of Trustees

The Board of Trustees have overall strategic control of the organisation. In order to ensure effective control the Trustees have overall control of policy implementation and performance monitoring. The Board operates in an open and accountable way. We embrace the fundamental need to set high standards of conduct.

David is Finance Director of Black Country Housing Group. David is responsible to the Board for the Group’s strategic financial management.

Edward is a trustee for Sandwell Mind, and works as a Financial Controller for Sir Josiah Mason Trust.

Caron is Managing Director of Common-Unity Social Enterprise which provides a personalised community engagement service to support the mental well-being for Black & Minority Ethnic communities

Nicole’s background is as a Health and Wellbeing Manager with Accord Housing Association. Her role includes the line management of a variety of specialist posts including the Catering and Nutrition Manager, Learning Disability Best Practice Development Officer, Dementia Care Manager and Lifestyle Coordinators.

Stephen works as a Watch Commander in charge of Red watch at Smethwick Community Fire Station.

Terry recently retired from NHS Walsall (Primary Care Trust ) where she was managing director of their community services. Terry is a registered general nurse and a registered mental health nurse and has worked in the NHS for over 30 years.

Jay works as a Housing Services Manager with Caldmore Area Housing Association.
