How to complain
Sandwell Mind wants all service users and stakeholders to be happy with the services we provide and the way the organisation is run. If something is wrong, we want to put it right. If any person has a concern that cannot be resolved informally we encourage that person to access and use the complaints procedure. We aim to establish an open and non defensive culture with regard to dealing with complaints, and as part of our in house training programme all staff receive training in this area.
